How to Pre – Order

2. We will reply you a quote as soon as possible including all our charges. 50% deposit needed to confirm and secure the order. The balance needs to be paid before delivery.

3. Kindly notify us the payment details; time, date and your name together with contact number via email or sms for our easy reference.

4. Your order will be processed immediately after we received your payment and confirmation. Kindly wait for 2-3 weeks for the arrival of your order. *Please note that arrival period might be delayed because of public holidays (both in USA & Malaysia) or custom clearance time, thus please do not order if you cannot wait*. Tracking number will be mailed to you once the package is courier.
